예약 전날 예약 확인 전화왔습니다. 제가 사정이 있어서 미용 못 맡기겠다고 하니, 당일 취소는 안된다고 합니다. 당일이 아니라 전날에 취소하는 거라하니 본인이 전화 안했으면 당일 취소 했을꺼 아니냐고 묻습니다. 이런식으로 일어나지도 않은 일을 본인이 지레짐직으로 고객을 하대하네요. 제가 당일이 아니라 전날이니, 취소하겠다니 그럼 앞으로 강아지 맡기지 말라고 합니다. 기분나빠서 끊었습니다.
거기 일하는 간호사 아니면 미용하시는 분 같은데 고객들한테 갑질하지 마세요. 2번 연락했는데 죄다 시비거는것도 아니고... 진짜 기분 나쁘네요.
