★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our family only come here cuz it’s our fav and actually we’ve only been in this one only ? There are like three to four more don katsu restaurants down this street so feel free to explore~
The spicy don katsu is not recommended to foreigners who cant take spicy food ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There are many restaurants in NamSan that sells Donkatsu (pork cutlet). Expect to see lots of people standing outside of each joints trying to get customers. Wang Donkatsu just means they flattened the meat out wider than normal donkatsu (so it is wider but thinner). Cream soup comes out as part of your order and you can ask them to put your sauce on the side. Otherwise, they will just pour sauce over your cutlet. The main entrance has stairs but you can also use elevator if you go through their garage. Not a bad place if you want to try old korean style donkatsu.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Better to go another place around Myeong-dong area. The food quality was not good regarding the price (9,000 won per person) The soup was weird corn soup and the main food just tasted like cheep street food. Service was terrible too. I won't go here again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Famous for their king size fried pork cutlet. It’s Korean style western food (경양식), so if you’re craving that type of food, this place hits the spot. But it’s nothing extraordinary. There’s a row of restaurants serving the same thing, and this place is apparently one of the best known, which is why it’s always bustling (I went at 9pm on a Sunday and was promptly seated but the place was full, which is rare for the area). But I doubt that there’s any difference in quality/taste.
Pro: fast service—food comes out within 5 minutes. They serve chili peppers with pork cutlet, which helps cut down on the fat.
Con: Dirty. I had to wipe down the table again myself as well as all the utensils. For the quality, it’s expensive.
If you’re in the area, why not.
