전화통화로 '예약하기 전에 회사복지 혜택 받을 수 있는지 확인하고자 합니다. 업종코드가 어떻게 등록되어 있는지 알 수 있을까요?' 라고 물었더니 다급하게 사람 몇명씩 돌려가며 전화 받고 복지포인트 사용자체가 아예 안된다, 다짜고짜 지금 어디서 전화 걸었냐 이런식으로 매우 공격적으로 따져묻네요. 제가 이용하는 회사복지는 사용처입장에선 그냥 카드결제나 다름없고 나중에 카드사쪽에 포인트 차감신청 넣는 방식이라 여기서 우려하는 포인트로 바로 결제하는 그런 방식의 제도가 아니다라고 설명을 해도 무조건 안된다고 하고, 어디서 전화걸었냐고 전화 바꿔받은 사람의 첫마디가 저 한마디라 의미를 모르겠어서 무슨말씀이냐 전화 건 위치를 말하는거냐, 예약하기 전에 물어볼게 있어서 전화한거다 라고 하니 짜증을내며 '아니 그러니까 어디서 전화를 걸었냐'라고 되여 따집니다. 정말 어이가 없네요. 예약하려는 손님한테 갑자기 어디서 전화걸었냐고 따지는 것도 수상하고 뭔가 뒤가 구린게 있는 것 같습니다. 절대 받지 마세요.
