★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really great restaurant, bakery and desert choices in the basement catering to the business lunch or after office hours crowd. I appreciated our waitress in PalPal by Rosehill speaking good English and explaining the dishes we ordered.
We then had some exquisite deserts at the Laderach Swiss chocolate cafe.
I am not sure Koreans appreciate how intimidating is to order in a restaurant without an English menu otherwise there would be more menus available or they would be a little more understanding/accommodating in the more "authentic" eateries.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Police always blocks entrance and makes experience bad. Parking is good but expensive. Parking guard is also impolite and always shouts and yells. Restaurants inside the building are high and medium grade. I feel sorry for the restaurants who have to stay in this ugly building. The building is so unwelcoming to customers who want to eat. It feels like the building was made for demonstration.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is one of the landmark buidlings located in the central district of Seoul. It primarily serves commercial purposes, being the location of many financial institutions with around a thosand people calling it their daily work place. This building houses tens of trendy shops as well as upscale exquisite restaurants in the arcades called 'SFC Mall', which is located in the basements. You will be able to take a culinary tour simply by visiting SFC Mall.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited restaurants underground. Have good options to go. Clean neat easy access. Gets quite crowded and end up with long queues during the weekend but it's everywhere in Seoul anyway. Recommend most of restaurants here.
