★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a really cool city hall! It's actually more of an art gallery. There is even a small excavation site inside. It seems like there are constantly events going on inside and outside. When I went, there was a concert in the field next to the city hall which was a lot of fun. This is probably the most interesting city hall that I've been to.

The building older building dates from the Japanese occupation era while the new building behind it is a modern building that is literally patched in symbolism. The surrounding area also houses various events from time to time. Stop by for some pictures and on your way to other attractions in the city.
