관리가 매우 잘 되어서 깔끔하고 입주민 전용 헬스장과 카페, 베이커리 등의 시설을 가지고 있다
It is a medium-sized building among Seoul University entrance officetels.
It is very well maintained and has facilities such as a gym for residents, café and bakery.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 역세권 편세권 영화관 빵집 헬스장 드럭스토어 다이소.. 집주변에 없는게없다.
방의 창이 통유리라 여름엔 덥고 겨울엔 추운게 최대 단점이다.
방 위치에 따라 맞은편 오피스텔과 서로 스케치북으로 대화를 나눌 수 있을정도의 거리임. 밤엔 커텐열고 지낼수가 없다.
그리고 왜인지는 모르겠지만 같은 평수 아파트보다 관리비가 더 많이 나온다.
복도에서 방 안에서 나는 소리가 너무 잘들리기 때문에 주의할것. 비위가 약한 나는 아침출근마다 양치질(헛구역질)소리를 들으며 같이 헛구역질함.
매달 관리비나 공과금을 정산할때마다 괜히 헛돈쓰는 기분.
그래도 위치하나는 대박이다. 근데 난 길건너 오피스텔로 이사갈거다. 여긴 오피스텔이 널렸으니까 꼭 여기가 아니여도 위치는 다 좋다.

The biggest drawback is that the window in the room is full glass, so it is hot in summer and cold in winter.
Depending on the location of the room, it is enough distance to communicate with the opposite officetel through sketchbooks. I can't stay with the curtain open at night.
And I don't know why, but it costs more than an apartment with the same acreage.
Be careful because the sound from the hallway inside the room can be heard too well. I'm weak in the stomach, and every morning I go to work and hear the sound of brushing my teeth.
It feels like I'm in vain every time I pay for maintenance or utility bills every month.
Still, one location is awesome. But I am moving across the street to an officetel. There are many officetels here, so even if you are not here, the location is good.
