★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 강구식당은 저의 오랜 단골식당입니다. 여사장님의 친정이자 고향이 강구라서 식재료도 강구에서 받는다고 하네요. 대구탕, 아구탕, 각종찜요리가 싱싱하고 양념이 참 맛있는 집입니다. 추천드려요.^^
Ganggu Restaurant is my long-time favorite restaurant. She is said to receive ingredients from Gang-gu because her mother’s family and hometown are Gang-gu. Daegutang, Agutang, and various steamed dishes are fresh and the seasoning is delicious. I recommend it.^^

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 오래된 식당. 골목 내 자리함. 대구 근대골목 청라에 근접해 있음. 고향에 들러서 가끔 여기를 찾으면 미주구리회 즉 물가자미회와 아귀 수육을 주문함. 양념장에 미주구리회를 비벼먹고 이어 아귀수육과 탕을 먹으면 소주가 절로 들어가게 됨.
Old restaurant. Located in the alley. Close to Daegu Modern Alley Cheongna. If you come home from time to time, you'll order the American Copper Society, the Stranded Fish and Maw's Meat. Soju will enter the temple if you mix the American copper sashimi in the sauce and then eat the guinea pig meat and soup.

미주구리회(물가자미)는 냉동회를 무침으로 먹는데 가격대비 훌륭합니다.
아구수육 시키고 기다리면서 미주구리회 먹으면 됩니다.
Agu Suyuk is the best!!!
Miju-guri sashimi (floor sashimi) is eaten with frozen sashimi, which is great for the price.
You can make agusuyuk and eat Mijuguri sashimi while waiting.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 아는 사람만 아는 찐맛집. 할머님들 손맛 좋으시고 이거 맛있다 이렇게 먹어봐라 치고 빠지는거 잘하심ㅋ 아구찜이 맛있고 시키면 생태탕을 작게 한 그릇씩 주시는데 시원하고 찜이랑 잘 어울림. 최근에 리모델링을 살짝 해서 다 입식으로 바꼈는데 덕분에 예전에는 진짜 옛날 식당 같았는데 좀 쾌적해진듯.
A steamed restaurant known only to those who know it. Grandma's hand tastes good and this is delicious. Eat it like this. I recently remodeled it and turned it into a standing meal, but thanks to it, it was like a real old-fashioned restaurant, but it seems a little comfortable.

싱싱한 아귀수육을 처음 맛 보신다면 완전 강추~~
아쉬운점은 저녁 9시까지 밖에 안해서.ㅋ
그래도 자꾸 생각나는 맛입니당~~^^
I love the savory taste and the local food.
If this is your first time tasting fresh anglerfish, I highly recommend it~~
The regrettable thing is that I only stay until 9 pm.
Still, it's a taste that keeps thinking of me~~^^
