You won't see groups kicking back bottles of soju and beer while yelling loudly. Instead family groups enjoying some korean bbq and conversation. The service is great and they take care of the cooking. The meat is more expensive but you are provided with a much higher quality of side dishes. This is a more typical koream style bbq where meat is not meant to be the only thing eaten.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best galbi soup place in Seoul. My wife and I moved to the US and no other place has come close to Seorae Bongah's quality. When we came back to visit family in Seoul we had to come back and it didn't disappoint!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the best places to get galbitang. This place gives you two whole ribs from a cow in a savory stew with good portion of meat on them. The restaurant itself on the exterior looks like a hotel straight out of New Orlens from the 1940s but the food is worth visiting. You will pay a premium for the stew but it is worth every penny.
