I think it is a good thing that the church building in the middle of the park disappears and a lawn plaza is created.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice enough place to hang out and walk around. A couple of pavilions for shaded rest areas. A walking path around and through the park. A couple of courts for ball sports. And though it is low, the hill does afford a view across part of the city/neighborhood.
The rating should probably be a 3.5.
