2008년 동성산업롤㈜ 법인 설립 이후 미국 Remco社의 자동 고무 피복기 도입을 시작으로 독일 Berstorff社의 대형 자동 피복기, 3000, 4000mm 자동 연마기 도입 등, “최고의 제품은 앞선 기술과 품질 아래 만들어진다” 를 기업 모토로 최신 설비 도입과 기술개발, 무엇보다도 QC역량 개발을 바탕으로 꾸준히 노력한 결과 2016년 현재 24명의 기술진과 20여대의 생산 설비를 갖추게 되었습니다.
또한 별도의 품질관리 부서 운영 및 2013년 도입된 Laser Roundness 측정기를 비롯, 총 15기의 QC전용 측정 장비를 갖춘 기술 · 품질 중심의 기업으로 성장 하였습니다.
동성산업롤㈜은 기존의 방식에 만족하거나 안주하지 않고, 앞선 기술을 선보이기 위한 기술 개발에 게으르지 않은 기업 입니다.
2015년 자체 취득한 2개의 특허를 이용하여 기존 롤러의 상식에서 벗어난 밴딩 흡수/방지롤러를 선보였습니다. 또한 Core 제작에 일반적으로 사용되는 재료인 SUS, Steel강에서 벗어나 Carbon Sheet를 이용한 Carbon Pipe 생산 기술 및 설비 개발을 통해 작은 외경 대비 장축의 롤러에서 발생되는
고질적인 Bending 문제를 해결할 수 있는 Carbone Roller 자체 생산에 성공하였습니다.
