장점이 없는 단점만 있는 곳이 여기 교원성수물류센터 입니다. 점심시간이 25분이었는데다가 면접볼때 했던말과 입사해서 겪어본것과 다릅니다. 면접볼때 좋게 포장하며 말하다가 겪어보면 반대라는 말입니다. 윗 답변자분이 한 직원이 죽인다라고 막말하고 욕하는것 전부 사실입니다. 근무중에 1달까지만 일하고 퇴사하겠다라고 말하면 가뜩이나 인원이 부족하니까 못나가게하려고 발목잡으면서 면접볼때처럼 또다시 좋게좋게 포장하면서 말 둘러댑니다. 여기가 18시 퇴근인데요. 일특성상 마지막에 출고라는걸 하는데18시5분 아니면 18시9~10분에 퇴근하는날이 종종 있어요. 18시 넘어서 퇴근하기도 합니다. 정규직직원빼면 2년계약직 이거나 무기계약직입니다. 2년근무하다가 직무라고해서 더 근무할 생각이 없으면 2년채우고나면 퇴사하는 곳입니다. 일은 단순반복적이라서 크게 어려움은 없지만 일이 비전이 없고요. 몸이 힘들어집니다... 그래서 여기 다녔던 계약직분들중에는 무단퇴사하는 분들이 너무 많이 있었습니다. 여기가지말고 다른회사가 좋습니다
