★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For aspiring engineers or technicians, its a decent midsize company for the sole purpose of establishing a career in the machine field. Its definitely not for longterm employment, as the pay is relatively cheap, benefit is blah, and they'll work ya. It can be burdensome, even from korean work culture standpoint. Also, most VPs are parachutes from LG Display. This, mostlikely due to the need to utilize their network for sustained business with LG (hint: glass ceiling ;)). Work hard, gain experience, and move to a better company in Seoul.
