★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The foods are pretty expensive at this restaurant due to the important ingredient, octopus. The restaurant, itself, is neat. And side dishes are tasty. The price of the octopus has gone up because it is getting difficult to catch them in the west sea near Korean peninsula. Fishers, city hall and government struggle to make the friendly environment for octopus. It remains to be seen.
