★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 나는 이 집에서 교촌을 처음 접했다. 허니가 유명하고 나는 순살을 좋아해서 허니 순살을 시켰으니 결과는 worst of worst 튀김은 바삭했으나 너무 익어서 고기가 다 타서 질겼다. 벽에 적힌 광고에는 얇은 튀김이 자랑이라는 듯이 적혀있었으나 고기도 얇으면 어쩌라는 거냐... 씹는 중에 무슨 물같은게 나와서 뱉어봤는데 무슨 노란 기름찌꺼기? 가 나왔다.
닭고기의 기름 제거가 덜 된건지 튀기는 기룸이 더러운 건지 잘 모르겠다.

I'm not sure whether the chicken is less oily or the frying is dirty.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 한동안 배달업체간 신경전이 치열했다. 나도 편승하여 자주 이용했다. 하지만 우리는 잊은 것들이 있다. 편리함과 맞바꾼 뜨거운 치킨을.
이제 배달을 벗어 버리고 치킨집 앞으로 가자. 그 곳에는 갓나온 따끈따끈한 치킨과 무한리필 무가 있다. 집에서 먹고 남은 닭뼈를 어떻게 처리할 지 고민할 필요도 없게 된다.
우리가 아무리 배달의 민족이라 하지만 약간은 식어빠진 치킨을 입에 넣기엔 혀에게 미안하지 않은가!?
