어설픈 전문 짬뽕집 비교.
한국식 중화요리 음식의 틀에서는 나무랄거 없습니다.
짬뽕은 맵다면 맵지만 깊고 순한맛이 있으니 묵직한 맛을 좋아하신다면 즐기실만 합니다.
주 메인인 짬뽕 과 깐쇼 새우 먹고
고맙게도 이벤트 활용 군만두 먹었습니다.
단품 메뉴ㆍ주류 1~2천원 차이는 감안해도 방문하셔서 추억의 형님. 응원드리고 가는거 나쁘지 않을 듯요.
전 맛있게 먹었습니다. 사장님은 접객에 바쁘시고 주방장은 메인 집중 해서 순차적으로 나오는 동일 메뉴의 차이는 시간적으로 감안해 주시기 비랍니다.
음식점은 붐빌 때 늦게 나온다고 불평하는 건 말이 안됨. ㅋㅋ 봉원형님 주방장 빵꾸내면 대타 뛰실 수 있습니다. 자격증 당당히 따 두셨음.
준비된 사수... 아니 주방장이심.

줄은 좀 기다리는데 예약 시스템이 잘 되어 있네요.
프리미엄 찜뽕, 프리미엄 짬뽕밥, 짜장 시켰는데
짬뽕은 좀 매운편에 속합니다. 맛은 있어요.
짜장은 달달한편이고, 유니짜장 같은 느끼입니다.

I ordered premium jjimppong, premium jjamppong rice, and jjajang.
Jjamppong is on the spicy side. There is taste.

중국집치고는 종류가 많지는 않지만 맛은 나쁘지 않습니다.
짬뽕 국물이 진한 국물이 아닌 연한 색깔이라 깔끔한 맛이 느껴지는 짬뽕입니다.
식사시간이 조금 지난 시간인데도 불구하고 사람들이 제법 많네요
이봉원님이 직접 카운터에 계시고 계산시 조심스레 사진 촬영 부탁 드리니 흔쾌히 사진 찍어 주시네요.
방송에서 보던 활발한 모습보단 조금 차분한 모습이었습니다..

천안 갈일 있어서 갔다가 근처라 들렀어요.
평일 2시에 갔는데도 대기는 없지만 손님 많았어요
가게가 넓은 편은 아니에요
주차는 건물 지하에 3시간 주차권 줍니다
식사 메뉴가 간단해요
짜장 짬뽕 볶음밥에 프리미엄 붙은건 해물 더 많이 들어가구요
프리미엄 짬뽕, 프리미엄 간짜장 시켰는데 해물 풍부하고 맛있어요
탕수육은 소스에서 생강맛이 좀 납니다
저는 좋았는데 호불호가 있을듯 해요
이봉원 아저씨도 계셨고 주문도 받으시고 서빙도 하시네요

I had to go to Cheonan, so I stopped by because it was nearby.
Even though I went on a weekday at 2pm, there was no wait, but there were many customers.
The store is not spacious.
Parking is provided for a 3-hour parking pass in the basement of the building.
The meal menu is simple.
The premium jjajang jjamppong fried rice contains more seafood.
I ordered premium Jjamppong and premium soy sauce, and the seafood is rich and delicious.
Sweet and sour pork has a bit of ginger flavor in the sauce.
I liked it, but there seems to be some likes and dislikes
Uncle Lee Bong-won was also there, taking orders and serving.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1월1일 기대하고 이봉원씨 얼굴도 보겠지? 하는 맘으로 가보았지만 역시 바쁘신 분은 구경하기 힘들더군요
그럼 음익이라도 맛있게 먹자는 생각으로 들어갔는데 다행이 손님이 별로 없었습니다
자리에 앉고 몇분 않되어 바로 나오더군요
짬뽕국물 뜨겁지 않습니다 ;;; 맛은 그냥 저냥 짬뽕 맛입니다 특으로 시켰는데 말이죠 제가 사는 곳에 중국집 보다 못합니다
면도 미리 준비 해논거 같고 짬뽕국물도 미리 해논거 같더군요 제 와이프는 정말 실망하더라구요 저도 실망이구요 짜장은 좀 달아요
탕수육은 손님에게 물어보지도 않고 그냥 소스에 부어져 나오더군요
참고로 저흰 찍먹파 인데 말이죠;;
두번 갈 정도는 아닙니다
이봉원씨께서 가게도 신경 쓰셨으면 합니다
