순두부를 직접 만드는거같은데 맛있었어요
기본반찬들도 깔끔하고 괜찮아요

청주를 가끔 들리는 편인데 가끔 갈때마다 이곳저곳 맛집 탐방을 다닌다.
청주에서 두부집은 처음이다
이름부터 정감가는 맷돌 포두부집
지인과함께 좁은길로 들어서서 안쪽으로 들어가니 주차장도 넓고 현대식과 옛 흙집 비슷하게 잘 꾸며진 건물이 두부집이다.
물론 직접 두부도 만들어 손님에게 판매한다
특이한것은 두부도 건강에 좋은 재료로 혼합해서 색을 만든것이 특징이다.
층층이 색이 바뀐 두부를보니 물론 보기에 너무 이쁘고 일단 맘에들어 눈으로먹고 입으로 먹어보니 고소하니 맛이 일품이다
두부 건강식으로 특히 점심 시간대에 추천한다
요리는 정식부터 몇가지 있지만
난 맷돌포두부 정식으로 시켜 나오는대로 맛을보며 마지막 솥밥까지 맛나게 먹었다
한가지 아쉬운점이 있다면 음식이 좀 따끈하게 나오면 더욱 맛있을것같다
우린 점심시간이 지난다음 찿아서 그런지
두부음식이 좀 차서 아쉬웟다
뭐 원래 그렇게 나오는 것이라면 할수없지만
난 여자들에게 좋은 음식으로 기억해둔다

I often stop by Cheongju, but every time I go there, I go to restaurants here and there.
This is the first tofu restaurant in Cheongju.

As you entered the narrow street with an acquaintance and went inside, the parking lot is wide, and the tofu house is a well-decorated building similar to a modern and old earthen house.
Of course, they also make their own tofu and sell them to customers.
The peculiar feature is that tofu is also mixed with healthy ingredients to create a color.
Seeing the tofu that has changed color in layers, of course, it's so pretty to look at, and I like it, and when I eat it with my eyes and eat it with my mouth, it's savory, so the taste is excellent.
This is a healthy tofu meal, especially recommended during lunch time.
There are several dishes from set meals,
I ordered the millstone-po tofu as a set meal, tasted it as it was served, and ate the last cooked rice deliciously.
One regret is that the food will be more delicious if it comes out a little hot.
Maybe it’s because we found it after lunch break
The tofu food was a little cold, so it was unfortunate.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 포두부 정식 먹었는데 포두부 보쌈에 양배추가 고추장맛이 너무 강해서 좀 별로였어요.
순두부는 진짜 옛날 맛과 식감이었어요
I ate the Poto Tofu set meal, but the cabbage in the Pork Tofu Bossam had a very strong gochujang taste, so it was a bit disappointing.
Sundubu had a really old-fashioned taste and texture.
