송어 맛집이라고 했는데 송어는 못 먹어봐서요~~

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 저녁 7시40분쯤 도착 했는데 테이블이 거의 가득 찰 정도로 손님이 많았다
하지만 그 많은 손님을 감당할 만한 곳은 아닌 것 같다
바쁘니 주문이 밀리고 순서가 바뀌고 기본적인 물이나 밑반찬 등도 닦달할 때 까지 나오지 않았다
I arrived at about 7:40 pm and there were many guests at the table, almost full.
But I do not think it's a place that can afford that many guests.
I was busy so I did not get out of order until I changed the order and I had to brush up on basic water and a side dish.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 진안에서 서울 올라가는 길에 아는분 추천으로 방문했습니다. 정말 송어가 맛있고 양식장도 깨끗하게 잘 관리가 되어 있는것 같습니다. 비빔밥도 해먹고, 송어회에 금산 특산물인 인삼주 한잔 걸치니 정말 행복했습니다^^근처 방문하신다면 꼭 들려보세요!!
+너무 맛있게 먹어 포장해 가려고 하니 30분 거리 이상은 포장을 안해주신다고 하더라고요 장시간 상온에서 회가 방치되면 굳어 버린다고 사장님이 친절하게 설명해주시더라구요. 아쉽지만 다음에 재방문을 기약하며 서울 올라왔네요
In Jinan, visited by minute like you know the way to climb Seoul. I think that Trout is a delicious and well-managed farms also clean. I also enjoy bibimbap, and I was happy to have a cup of ginseng, a specialty of Geumsan, on trout sashimi ^^
+ I tried to eat it so delicious that it didn't wrap for more than 30 minutes. Unfortunately pledged to re-visit next watneyo and up Seoul
