고기의 양은 충분합니다.
얼큰칼국수도 버섯칼국수도 국물이 맛있습니다.
직원들의 응대와 서비스는 매우 빠르고 정확합니다.

The amount of meat is sufficient.
The soups are delicious for both the Ulkeun Kalguksu and the mushroom Kalguksu.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 몇 년전에 성북동 최순우 옛집 입구에 있을 때 자주 갔었는데 없어져서 몇년간 못가다 오랜만에 새로 생겨 가봤습니다.
이전과 같이 국물, 야채, 칼국수, 볶음밥 세트로 기본 주문받고 고기는 추가로 주문받는 것은 같더군요. 예전엔 음료 서빙이 무료여서 아이들이 많이 이용했는데 지금은 유료 커피머신이 있더군요.
맛은 예전과 별 차이가 없었습니다. 얼큰 샤브를 주로 먹어서 얼큰샤브 2인과 고기 2인 그리고 버섯 추가 하나해서 먹었습니다. 얼큰하게 야채와 버섯을 조금 건져먹고 고기를 먹으며 육수가 진해지길 기다렸다가 샤브가 1/3정도 남았을 때 칼국수를 넣어서 익는 동안 나머지 야채와 고기를 건져먹으면 면이 익어서 남은 고기, 야채, 칼국수를 같이 건져먹으면 진한 맛이 일품입니다.
면을 다 건져먹고난 뒤에 기호에 따라 볶음밥을 해먹어도 좋고 저처럼 죽으로 끊여 먹어도 좋습니다. 볶음밥은 직원에게 요청하면 별도로 볶아서 제공합니다. 죽은 국물을 넉넉하게 남기고 밥을 넣어서 약불로 느긋하게 끊여주면서 졸이면 맛있는 죽이 됩니다.
한끼 식사로도 좋고 술안주로도 좋습니다. 주차장이 협소합니다.
A few years ago, when I was at the entrance of Choi Sun-woo's old house in Seongbuk-dong, I went there often, but it disappeared and I couldn't go for a few years.
As before, it was the same as receiving a basic order with a set of soup, vegetables, kalguksu, and fried rice and receiving additional orders for meat. In the past, beverage serving was free, so children used it a lot, but now there are paid coffee machines.
The taste was not much different from before. I mainly ate Earlken Shabu, so I ate it with 2 people of Earlken Shabu, 2 people of meat, and one additional mushroom. Eat a little spicy vegetables and mushrooms, eat the meat, wait for the broth to thicken, and when there is about 1/3 of the shabu left, add the kalguksu and eat the rest of the vegetables and meat while the shabu is cooked. When eaten, the rich taste is exquisite.
After you finish eating the noodles, you can make fried rice according to your taste or you can eat it with porridge like I did. Fried rice is fried and served separately upon request from the staff. If you leave plenty of porridge in the broth, add rice, and boil it slowly over low heat to make delicious porridge.
It is good for a meal or as a side dish with drinks. The parking lot is small.
