투자에는 딱이지만
실거주는 동간거리가 너무좁아 빛안들어
오는 세대가 많고 가장 큰 문제는 층간소음!
이렇게 심한 아파트는 처음!
 Station area, Lotte Mall, Seongbokcheon!
Perfect for investment
The distance between the living quarters is too narrow
There are many generations coming, and the biggest problem is floor noise!

Lotte Castle Gold Town, which runs directly from Seongbok Station in Yonginsu District..I went on a business trip for hair makeup..Because it is a residential complex, parking time is limited and there are some inconveniences when entering. Hair photo and my work tools.. There is no apartment photo.
