친절하지 않은건 아니지만 뭔가 갈때마다 엄청 답답하다.. 재방문1) 지나가는길에 재방문후기 흠.. 일단 기술력이 딸리다고 생각함 공장보다는 당연한건맞는데 응대의 차이임 왜냐면 나라면 모르니 공장쪽으로 쪼인해주거나 관계자랑 고객앞에서 통화하면서 어찌해야하는지 물어보는 제스쳐라도 취햇을거임. 재방문햇을때 내가느낀점은 쥐뿔도모르는데 아는척?하는 그런느낌이엿음. 뭐 그럼에도 일반인보다는 잘알겟지만.. 어중간한 전문가라고해야되나 모르면 괜히이상한말하지않고 우리는 잘모르겟으니 공장으로 안내해드리겟다. 이런식으로만 안내해도 반이상이라도감... 언뜻 진상처럼 보일수잇는데 예전에 초기불량으로 찾아갓을때도 그랫엇고. 인상은 지점장이신데 응대는 알바보다 못한수준. 그나마 초기불량때 응대해주신분은 잘몰랏지만 그나마 반은 햇음.... 무작정 고객과실로 돌리기엔 논리에 맞지않았던것.. 내가점점 꼰대가되는건가...

정비사들 친절함...다만 배터리등 자가교체 가능한건 본인이 직접 하는게 나을듯...이는 전국 블루핸즈 전체가 수리 및 공임이 싸지는 않음...
The mechanics are friendly...However, if you can replace the battery yourself, it would be better to do it yourself...This is not cheap for all Blue Hands nationwide repairs and labor...
