김	김예인 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 대기 시간이 길어요. 저는 30ㅡ 40분 정도 기다렸어요. 데스크는 친절합니다. 그런데 중요한건 선생님이 불친절 하셨어요. 환자가 엄청 밀려서 공장식으로 찍어내는 분위기 입니다. 상담 할때 " 더 이상 모르겠다. 환자가 밀려서 길게 못한다. 마지막으로 물어볼께 뭐냐 " 상담한지 5분 좀 안되서 그렇게 말씀하셨네요. 많이 바빠서인지 환자를 생각하는 마음은 없습니다. 갈 시간이 없어서 가야하는 것 말고는, 비추천합니다. Waiting time is long for 30 - 40 mins. And the front desk is friendly. But, the important thing is a doctor is not polite . She does not have responsibility as a doctor. This means She does not care of customers . She wants next and next one. She just said " I don't know it anymore. There are many clients , so u should go soon. It just happened within 5 mins . I know she is busy , but she should say it on polite way. Except u don't have any choiecse, please don't go. The waiting time is long. I waited 30 or 40 minutes. The desk is friendly. But the important thing was that the teacher was unkind. It is an atmosphere where the patient is pushed so much that it is factory-printed. When I consulted, "I don't know anymore. I can't stay long because the patient is pushed. What should I ask for the last time?" I don't have a mind to think about a patient because I am too busy. J	J S on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 진료비 10만원을 지불해도 주차지원없음, 직원태도: 기계처럼 사무적임, kiosk설치해놓고 환자가 직접 갈때마다 주민번호13자리 누르고 이름치고 등등..데스크직원들은 바로앞에 앉아서 사무적인 태도로 "아이패드로 접수하셔요" 한마디끝.. 컴퓨터에 이름한번치면 바로 접수를 도와줄수 있는데 이렇게 환자를 불편하게 해야하는지 도무지 이해가 안되네요. Kiosk쓰면서 모든걸 셀프로, 주차비도 지원안해주고 이렇게 하면 cost-down해서 고객에게 돌려줘야지 즉 치료비용을 낮추던지.... 병원비는 다른산부인과의 3배정도 비싸게 부르네요. 위생처리도 엉망? 광고/마케팅에 속아 잘못된 선택.ㅠ 일부러 비싸도 비싼만큼 그럼 잘하겠지하고 여기서 수술했는데 와...진짜 어이상실입니다. No service-minded staff displease visitors without any smiles, no matter how many times you visit, you should type in your personal info thru KIOSK every single visit while 3 or 4 receptionists only sit in front of you doing nothing?, car parking isn't free of charge either, no matter how much you pay? & worse, the most expensive clinic that I've ever been to then the quality of the medication is worth paying for that expensive bills? Never... I was just fooled by their online marketing & ads. Do not be tricked by advertisements but read the true reviews(no fake ones). No parking support even if you pay 100,000 won for medical treatment, Staff attitude: Office-like like a machine, every time a patient goes directly with a kiosk, press 13 digits of resident number and name, etc.. Desk staff sit right in front of you and say, "With an iPad, with a clerical attitude," Please register.” End of a word.. I can help the receptionist by typing the name on the computer, but I don't really understand if I should make the patient uncomfortable like this. While using Kiosk, everything is self-supporting and parking fees are not supported. If this is done, it will cost-down and return it to the customer. In other words, it will lower the treatment cost or... The hospital charge is about three times higher than that of other obstetrics and gynecologists. Hygiene treatment is also messed up? I was fooled by advertising/marketing, so I made the wrong choice. ㅠ On purpose, it's expensive, but it's expensive, so I'll do it well. Wow... It's really weird.
