★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 육수의 간이 어느정도 되있어서 일반 평양냉면과 좀다르게 느껴져 평양식인건 정확히 구분이 안가 모르겠지만 메밀 냉면 입니다. 맛은 괜찮았습니다.
 I do not know whether it is different from ordinary Pyongyang cold noodles because it has a certain amount of broth, and it is not exactly distinguished from flat rice noodles. The taste was okay.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 냉면 면이 메밀로 부드러워 가위로 자를 일이 없고 육수가 심심한데 적당히 감칠맛이 있어 좋았습니다.. 여자 사장님께서 직접 서빙해주시고 말씀도 정겹게 하셔서 아주 좋었습니다.
The cold noodles were soft with buckwheat, so it was not cut with scissors, and the broth was bored, but it was good because it had a moderate taste.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 냉면을먹었는데 식초를 넣지않았는데도 육수맛이 넘 시큼했네요..동치미국물베이스라 생각하고 먹었는데 평양냉면 기대이하에요
I ate naengmyeon, but even though I didn't add vinegar, the taste of the broth was very sour.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 평양냉면은 면발이 메밀껍질 섞인 거라 메밀향도 강하고 식감이 좋고, 국물은 시원한 동치미 국물같이 새콤해서 맛나요. 돼지고기 수육은 껍데기 있는 채로 삶아 나오는데 잡내 하나 없이 쫄깃해서 아주 좋습니다. 맛집으로 강추합니다.
The noodles in Pyongyang are mixed with buckwheat shells, so the buckwheat flavor is strong and the texture is good. Pork broth is boiled in a shell, but it's great because it's chewy without any catch. It is highly recommended.

제일 좋은건 면에 메밀이 많고, 칡냉면이 아니라 질기지 않습니다. 이북식 인듯 합니다.
소화도 잘되고 우리 주변의 흔한 맛집 냉면과 다른 맛을 볼 수 있습니다. 그래서 첫맛은 조금 당황스러울수도 있는데, 끝맛은 냉면의 본 맛을 느낄수 있는곳 입니다.
It tastes more natural than artificial seasoning.
The best thing is that the noodles have a lot of buckwheat, and they are not chewy because they are not cold noodles. It seems to be North Korean.
It digests well and you can taste different taste from the common restaurant naengmyeon around us. So, the first taste may be a little disconcerting, but the final taste is where you can feel the real taste of naengmyeon.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 콩비지와 수육이 아주 맛있습니다. 냉면은 보통. 시래기와 등뼈가 들어있는 하얀 콩비지(겨울메뉴)가 정말 맛있어요.
The okara and beef broth are very tasty. Cold noodles are average. The white bean bok choy (winter menu) with shiraegi and backbone is really delicious.
