★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 청주에서 유명하다는 서문시장 삼겹살거리 한가운데 삼남매삽겹살.. 가족과 갔는데 잘 먹고 왔습니다. 간장 삼겹살 특이했지만 맛있었어요..그냥 간장이 아니고 사장님 말씀대로 과일 갈아넣어 숙성시킨 느낌 물씬 났었구요. 삼겹살도 삼겹살이지만 반찬들도 맛있는게 많이 나와 가족이 한끼 식사하는데 더없이 괜찮았습니다. 가게 벽에 그려져있는 그림들도 맛을 더해주네요.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1인분에 200g에 양도 많아서 둘이서 2인분 다 못 먹었어요. 밑반찬이나 된장찌개도 제철채소로 나오고 생삼겹살이 정말 생생합니다.
It's 200g per person, so there's a lot of quantity, so we couldn't eat it for two people. Side dishes and soybean paste stew are also served with seasonal vegetables, and raw pork belly is really fresh.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 第一次來到清州的深夜時刻肚子餓，踏進了清州長途汽車客運站周邊（忠北豪華轎車停車場對面、Paris Baquette麵包店旁邊）的餐廳，深夜時刻一直持續有客人上門！
辣血腸湯很好喝，辣排骨湯也很美味。裡面有會說中文的店員！
除了星期日晚上10:00到星期一早上10:00休息外，其他全部24小時營業，半夜肚子餓的好選擇。離開前來杯熱咖啡喲！
First came to Cheongju moment of the night hungry, entered the surrounding Cheongju Bus Terminal (Chungbuk limousine across the parking lot, next to Paris Baquette bakery) restaurants, night time until there are visitors in the house!
The spicy blood sausage soup is delicious, and the spicy pork rib soup is delicious. There are clerks who can speak Chinese!
It is open 24 hours a day, except Sunday 10:00 to Monday morning, and it is a good choice to be hungry in the middle of the night. Leave for a cup of hot coffee!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 질 좋은 고기를 쓰는 듯 했다. 양념간장에 적셔 굽는데 큰 차이점을 느끼진 못했다. 호일이 더러워지면 한겹 들어내고 새 호일에 구우면 된다. 여튼 고기질이 좋아 맛나게 먹음.
It looked like they were using good quality meat. Dip it in soy sauce and bake, but I didn't notice a big difference. If the foil becomes dirty, remove one layer and bake in a new foil. Anyway, the meat is good and it tastes good.
