지인의 추천으로 들린 식당이고, 좀 이른 점심이어서 그런지 사람이 그렇게 붐비지는 않았음.
식당에 들어가기전에 방역지침에 따라 일행 모두가 QR인증을 하고 안심콜 전화까지 확인을 하신다. 바뀐 방역지침이 강화되어서 그런지 한명 한명 꼼꼼히 체크.
메뉴는 단일메뉴
1인분에 10,000원
공기밥은 별도로 1,000원씩
즉 1인당 기본 11,000원으로 봐야하고 라면사리를 먹게 되면 금액 추가
기본 밑반찬은 한가지 나물에 깍두기.
딱 두가지다.
주문한 인분수에 맞춰서 냄비를 테이블 가스렌지에 올려주시는데 살짝 열어보면 양념이 섞이지 않아서 하얀국물만 보인다.
어느 정도 끓게되면 양념을 풀고 좀 더 끓인 다음에 드셔도 된다고 이야기를 해주심.
기본적인 버섯에 각종 야채. 그리고 약간의 고기. 그리고 전골에 빠지지않는 약간의 당면이 들어있다.
약간의 조미료가 들어간듯한 맛이고
얼큰한 맛이 있다. 약간은 맵게 느껴질 수 있음
오래되고 유명한 식당이라고는 하지만 맛이 강해서인지 나는 별 네개만.

In other words, the basic price per person is 11,000 won, and if you eat ramen noodles, the amount is added.
The basic side dish is kkakdugi with one herb.
There are only two.
The pot is placed on the table gas stove according to the number of servings ordered, but when you open it slightly, the seasoning does not mix, so only white soup is visible.
When it boils to a certain extent, they tell me that you can eat it after removing the seasoning and boiling it a little more.
Various vegetables with basic mushrooms. And some meat. And there is a little bit of vermicelli that doesn't fall into the hot pot.
It tastes like it has a little seasoning.
It has a cold taste. May feel a bit spicy
Although it is an old and famous restaurant, I only give 4 stars because of the strong taste.
