★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 여기서 10년 살다가 2동탄 왔는데 확실히 위치가.좋음 동탄역들어오고 타임스퀘어 생기고 이마트와 보건소 경찰서.우체국 초중고 어린이집 유치원에 라마다 신라스테이호텔 인천공항가는 버스도 내집앞...위치가 넘 좋음 상가도 신호등하나건너면 바로앞에 다 있고 동탄에서 골칫거리인 주차장이 운동장임...조경도 잘햐놓고 뭐하나 빠질게없음ㅛ
After living here for 10 years, I came to Dongtan. The location is definitely good. The location is good. It comes to Dongtan Station and there is Times Square, E-Mart and public health center, police station. Post office, elementary, middle, high, daycare center, kindergarten, Ramada Shilla Stay Hotel, Incheon Airport, in front of my house. The location is very good. If you cross one, it's all right in front of you, and the parking lot, which is a problem in Dongtan, is a playground... The landscaping is good and there's nothing to miss.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 구조도 이상하고 지은지 오래된데다가 원래 자재 자체도 고급진걸 쓴게 아니라 제대로 살고 싶다면 인테리어해서 다 뜯어고쳐야함. 그 돈이 만만치가 않음ㅠㅠ 건설사 자체가 하급이다보니 어쩔수 없는거 같음. 그래도 내가 산 가격에 두배는 찍어서 다행임. 주차 여유 공간 많은 것도 좋음 대형평수 위주다 보니

It's not that much money ㅠㅠ It seems that the construction company itself is low-level, so there's nothing you can do about it. Still, I'm glad I took it twice the price I bought it. It's good to have a lot of free space for parking
