왜 오대오바지락칼국수인지 알게 해준 한그릇! 바지락과 칼국수면이 반반 이렇게 바지락을 많이 주는 칼국수집은 처음 봤습니다. 그리고 이집이 맛집인 이유가 하나더 있는데 칼국수에 얻어 먹는 걷절이김치가 정말 맛있습니다. 말로만 맛있다고 해봤자... 직접 먹어보면 알아요~~

통통하고 큼직한 질 좋은 바지락을 씀. 바지락 양도 많은편. 다만 해감 안된 바지락 또는 조개껍질이 자꾸 씹히긴 함. 가격대비(바지락 칼국수 1인분 9천원) 양과 맛이 훌륭해서 자꾸 씹히는 불순물에도 불구하고 자주 방문하는 곳. 김치도 달달하고 시원하고 아주 맛있음. 김치는 따로 구입도 가능함.(1킬로에 12천원)

바지락칼국수 좋아하는 사람은 올만 함. 국수 면발 쫄깃하고, 국물 시원함. 물론 본인은 국수는 그다지. 먹을데가 없어서 왔음. 사람들은 바글 바글한 편, 8천원이면 혜자스럽다고 봄
Those who like clam kalguksu should come. The noodles are chewy and the soup is refreshing. Of course, I don't like noodles very much. I came because there was nothing to eat. People think it's very busy, and 8,000 won is a good thing.

갯벌이 있는 섬 출신이라 바지락 등등 조개류를 해감하기 힘들고 잘못 먹으면 댓가가 크다는 것을 누구보다 잘 알아서 평소 먹지 않는데 대자대비 부인의 강권에 못 이겨서 바지락칼국수 오랫만에 먹어봤습니다. 여기 메뉴가 아주 단순하고 맛납니다. 1.김치 : 양념을 아끼지 않고 비볐다는 느낌이 드는 식감입니다. 싱싱한 배추를 살짝 절여 것절이 방식으로 담근 김치라 증말 맛납니다. 이 김치만 따로 판매합니다. 2.왕만두 : 만두피가 아주 얇고 속은 가득차서 씹는 맛도 좋고 밀가루면발만 먹었을 때 올 수 있는 허전함을 달래 주는 든든한 만두입니다. 3.바지락칼국수 : 싱싱하고 탱탱한 바지락이 가득한 칼국수입니다. 찐한 국물을 위해 황태 같은 다른 식재료 없이 바지락만 잔뜩들어 있는 메인메뉴죠. 션한 국물, 쫄깃한 면발 등등 아쉬운게 없는 맛입니다. 다만...바지락이 많이 들어 있는 대신에 해감은 부족한 것 같습니다. 조개안에 들어 있는 까만 모래들이 그릇 바닥에 많이 깔리고, 바지락 씹을 때도 서걱서걱 씹힙니다. 조개류 들어 있는 음식들은 절대 저으면서 드시거나, 밥을 말아 드시거나, 국물 끝까지 드링킹 하지 마세요. 모래알 같이 드시는 겁니다. 칼국수 땡기는 날은 가격 착하고, 맛도 보장되는 오대오바지락 칼국수 강추합니다.
I am from an island with a tidal flat, so I know better than anyone that it is difficult to cut clams and other shellfish, and that eating the wrong thing is costly. The menu here is very simple and delicious. 1. Kimchi: It has a texture that feels like it has been mixed without sparing the seasoning. The kimchi made by lightly pickling fresh Chinese cabbage and fermenting it is delicious. Only this kimchi is sold separately. 2. King Dumpling: The dumpling skin is very thin and the inside is full, so it has a good chewing taste and is a strong dumpling that soothes the emptiness that can come from eating only wheat flour noodles. 3. Clam clams: These are kalguksu filled with fresh and plump clams. For a steamed soup, it is a main menu filled with only clams without other ingredients such as yellow pollack. It has a taste that you can't miss, such as a thin soup, chewy noodles, and so on. However... instead of having a lot of clams, the sense of relief seems to be lacking. A lot of black sand in the clams spreads on the bottom of the bowl, and when you chew the clam, it is chewy. Never eat foods containing shellfish while stirring, or eating rolled rice, or drinking until the end of the soup. You eat it like a grain of sand. On days when you are craving kalguksu, I highly recommend the five big obajirak kalguksu with a good price and guaranteed taste.

Great noodle with sea shell soup. They made their own Kimchi and noodles. I've been to there 4years ago and today. It has a same good taste like before. Dumpling is also recommended..

A few of us Americans have been in Korea for a few weeks now and have been traveling and eating like mad. This place blew all of our minds and we all agreed it's been the best thing we've had since coming to Korea. No joke. One thing to note is if you order more than one serving, they will serve the multiple servings in a huge bowl. It really works since families usually have members whose portion sizes vary. With my fam, my dad and I would eat a little more whereas my sister and mom eat a little less. The broth is amazing as well as the fresh kimchee and the noodles are especially slurp worthy. Less than 8 bucks a person and their dumplings were so good as well. This is coming from someone who just came from having xiao long bao at Din Tai Fung. Michelin should come check this place out! This place literally only has three items on the menu and two of them are actually the same thing, the dumplings, one prices for her and one priced to go.
