화	화이트크리스탈 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 13개의 묘가 있는데 10개는 잘 볼수있지만 3개는 개인집 안에 들어있고 철로 망을 쳐놔서 볼수없게 되어있어요~ 그점이 아쉽습니다... There are 13 tombs, 10 of which can be seen well, but 3 are in private houses and they can not be seen because they have a wire netting.

권	권상윤 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 장소가 넓지 않고 한눈에 들어올 정도의 작은 공간에 배치된 지석묘라서 특별한 안내나 관리가 없기에 썰렁한 느낌이 든다. 여행 경로상에 있다면 잠시 들러볼만 하지만 일부러 긴 시간을 들여 목적지로 찾아오기에는 다소 아쉬움이 있다. 그래도 아래의 설명을 붙여본다. 지석묘란 청동기시대 사람들의 무덤으로서 고인돌이라고도 하며, 책상처럼 세운 북방식과 큰 돌을 조그만 받침돌로 고인 남방식이 있다. 구암리에는 고인돌이 총 13기가 있었으나 현재는 10기만 남아있다. 대체로 자연암석을 떼어내 덮개돌로 사용한 바둑판식 지석묘로, 뚜껑돌이 큰 것은 길이가 6.35m, 너비 4.5m, 높이 70-100㎝에 받침돌 8개를 돌아가며 세웠다. 보통 4개의 받침돌을 이용하는데 반해 8개의 받침돌을 돌려 다른 지역 고인돌에서는 볼 수 없는 독특한 형태를 하고 있다. 남방식 고인돌 군락지로서 사적 제 103호로 지정되어 있다. 구암리 유적은 1956년에 처음 조사되었고, 1982년에 사적으로 지정된 것으로 민가의 울타리 안에 있던 것이다. 처음 조사할 때는 모두 13기가 있었던 것으로 알려지고 있으나 현재 10기만 남아 있는 것으로 확인되었다.
