1.제과: 크롸상과 빨미까레, 마카롱이 주메뉴
설숲, 제주이도동, 대구범어동, 부산동래 등의 이름만 들어도 아는 베이커리 다가봤는데,
크롸상 원툴은 이집이 최고다.
완벽한 식감 느끼함 제로의 밸런스 좋은 버터향.
다른 모든 메뉴도 '아니 무슨 이만큼 하나하나 신경써서 정성들여 베이킹한다고?'싶을 정도로,
섬세하고 정성이 느껴짐.
게다가 좋은 재료를 쓰기에 당도가 확연히 낮음에도 잡맛 없이 깔끔하게 딱 떨어짐.
크롸상 먹고 난 뒤 입안 상쾌함 수준이
캘리포니아 오렌지 먹고난 뒤 상쾌함 수준과
비슷한 클라쓰임.
2.음료: 아이스 아메리카노 중강배전 밸런스 좋음. 모든 맛을 느낄 수 있음. 과일음료등 청을 직접담그는거 보니 과일음료도 괜찮을듯 보인다.
3.가격 및 섭스: 믿기지 않는 합리적인 가격. 폭풍포장해옴. 우리동네까지 배민이 안되는게 한스럽다.
