On a business trip to Changwon, I crossed the Anmin Tunnel and looked for a restaurant in Jinhae. When we arrived in front of Lee Chang-min Milmyeon, there is no parking lot because it is a local restaurant, and when we parked on a nearby road, there is a convenient waiting + ordering system. They serve wheat noodles and pork ribs, but they put the meat on the fire so it doesn't cool down. The price is very reasonable at 7,000 won for general and 8,000 won for double baegi. I want to visit with my family next time!

It feels like I ate a bite to find a restaurant I didn't know about in an unexpected place. I never thought that there was a restaurant with a lot of people coming and going behind the police station. To be honest, I didn't have high expectations. I've been eating naengmyeon and milmyeon a lot lately. It's actually the same if you push it like the soup we talked about one day. Basically, any store offers guaranteed taste. The feel of the restaurant I accidentally entered wasn't bad. Nice clean and cozy interior. It was nice to decorate the interior with cute props, and it was nice to be able to make a reservation easily during busy times. What surprised me a bit was that there were candles on each table, but I didn't know why. It was also visually fun. The hot broth provided by default was warm and good. I was instructed on how to eat it on the table, and I felt relieved. They even showed me how to eat wheat noodles, so I thought, 'You're kind.' I ordered dumplings and bibim milmyeon, and the dumplings came out first. The taste is...what. Meat dumplings eaten everywhere. It's not special. There's no betrayal because you're used to it, that's the feeling. And the important bibimbap. This is my first time eating bibim milmyeon before, and it was a little different from what I thought. It wasn't the slightly dry bibim with a thick sauce, it was the broth. It was rubbed off, but somehow, it was definitely unique. So I prepared and ate the broth, ah. this is really intense It was really amazing, whether good or bad. Usually, the flavor of meat leaks out softly, but this is five-hyangjang-yuk? There was a subtle and mysterious scent of spices. It can be said that it is the taste of oriental medicine ingredients, but I was definitely a five-hyangjang-yuk. The bibim milmyeon was okay. It was different from what I expected, but the taste was edible. It wasn't unique. just, what It's bibim, that's how I felt. Actually, it is very vague to say that it is delicious and not tasty. One thing is for sure, it has a really unique taste. It had a unique taste. I don't know if I'll go again someday, but if I do, I'll have to try the mulmilmyeon. Anyway, I don't think I'll go again.

The first thing you can believe is that the meat that comes with it is really delicious. The taste of charcoal-grilled ribs that no one seems to dislike The problem is wheat noodles, but it's definitely a flavor that people like to disagree with. It smells like something bad? It's not particularly sweet or salty, and it has an ambiguous taste. The bibim is edible even though the sesame oil smell is fragrant. The water had no taste, so I had no choice but to rely on vinegar and mustard. Dumplings are just used to pick up a few points when your mouth is bored. To eat deliciously and wholesome here I think it would be enough to add + meat to the bibimbap.

As it is a restaurant, I went around 4pm, but the closer I got to 5pm, the more tables were filled. The noodles are thinner than expected and the seasoning of bibimmil noodles is delicious. A little bit of ginger? It was delicious, so it wasn't my style. If you eat meat and bibimmil noodles together, it's great~ I ordered 1 mulmilmyeon and 1 bibimmilmyeon, but they gave me charcoal bulgogi. Friendly and overall clean.
