건물 지하의 허름한 식당이지만 휴일에도 바로 앉아 먹기는 힘듭니다.
메뉴는 간단합니다.
닭볶음탕과 부대찌게.
대부분 닭볶음탕을 주문합니다.
매운 음식이라 젊은 신세대와 그 가족들이 손님들의 대부분 같습니다.
닭볶음탕을 시키면 감자전분으로 만든 감자전과 양파장아찌가 먼저 나오고 잠시후 숙주나물과 오징어숙회가 조금 나옵니다.
그리고 커다란 양푼에 육수와 닭 그리고 별도 주문한 묵은지가 나옵니다.
가스불로 끓이기 시작하면서 부드러운 계란찜이 나오고 탕이 다 끓을때쯤 미리 주문한 양푼밥이 나옵니다.
다시 정리하면 세명이 닭볶음탕을 많이 먹으려면 대자를 시키면서 묵은지를 추가하고 양푼밥은 충분히 3인분 이상을 시키고(바로 짓는 밥이라 공기밥이 별도로 없고 추가주문이 불가능합니다.)
끓이는 동안 먹을 사이드 메뉴를 함께 시켜야 바로 먹을수 있습니다.
당면을 추가하는 방법도 있으며 당면과 육수를 더 넣어줍니다.
먹는동안 계속 만석입니다.

3000원 더내고 묵은지 추가는 꼭해야함. 깊은 맛 국물이 점점 묵은지와 동화되어가는데 한 15분 끓이고 국물 한입 먹으면 내가 닭도리탕을 먹고있는건가 5일동안 공들여 끓은 묵은지찜을 먹고있는가 모를정도로 개존맛. 지하고 옆에서 지하철 지나다니는 진동이 느껴지지만 암튼 맛있음. 분이기고 뭐고 아 오늘은 시큼하고 무거운 맛을 느껴보고싶으면 꼭 가보세요.
