오늘 오전(2018.12.10)에 여기 병원 가서 진료 예약 할 때 간호사 분께서 한 40분 정도 걸릴꺼라고 말씀하셨습니다.
그 후 기다렸습니다. 한시간이 지나도록 저를 부르지 않았습니다.
제가 가서 다시 물어보니 앞에 대기자가 아직 남아 있어서 30분 더기다려야한다고 하더군요.
할말을 잃었습니다.
40분이 90분으로 지연됐는데 대기자에게 아무런 보고도 없었고, 물어봤을때 왜 지연이됐는지도 말하지 않았고, 그렇다고 사과를 한것도 아니었습니다.
단지 아직 앞에 5분이 더있어서 30분 더 걸릴거같다 라는 말 뿐이었습니다.
그냥 대기자분들에게 무작정 기다리게끔 한다는것이 무지 실망스러웠습니다.
전 다신 저 병원을 가지 않을거 같습니다.

When I went to the hospital this morning (2018.12.10) to make an appointment, the nurse said it would take about 40 minutes.
After that I waited. He didn't call me for an hour.
When I went back and asked again, they said that there was still a queue in front of me, so I had to wait another 30 minutes.
I'm at a loss for words.
It was delayed from 40 minutes to 90 minutes, and there was no report from the waiter, and when I asked him, he didn't tell me why the delay was, nor did he apologize.
It was just saying that there are still 5 more minutes ahead, so it will take another 30 minutes.
It was very disappointing to just make people wait indefinitely.
I don't think I'll ever go to that hospital again.
