심	심지우 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 원래 가던 분 아니면 절대 가지 마세요. 2020년 5월 23일 오전에 방문한 환자입니다. 진료 수준을 떠나서 의사 얼굴도 못 보고 왔습니다. 초진이라 예약 안 하고 갔는데 이정도로 밀릴 줄 알았으면 애초에 접수를 안 했을 겁니다. 10시에 가서 2시간을 기다렸구요, 진료 안 받고 나왔습니다. 기다린 시간이 아까워서라도 진료 받으려고 했는데, 이대로 가다가는 병원 문 닫기 직전에 진료 받겠더라구요. 여기 말고도 예약제 우선인 병원은 많습니다. 그런데 주말인 거 감안하고도 이렇게 끝없이 밀리는 건 처음이네요. 예약 안 한 환자가 진료를 못 볼 정도로 예약이 꽉 차있으면 애초에 접수를 받으면 안 되는 거 아닌가요? 오늘 예약이 꽉 차서 진료가 어렵다고 하면 저도 그 시간에 다른 병원을 갔겠죠. 게다가 중간에 직원분 통화로 예약 취소한 환자가 있다는 걸 들었습니다. 그럴 때 예약 안 한 환자를 들여보내야 하는 거 아닌가요? 연락도 없이 안 오는 환자가 있으면 그 사이에 시간이 비니까, 그때 들여보내야죠. 오지도 않는 예약 환자가 눈앞에서 기다리고 있는 환자보다 우선시되는 걸 정말 이해를 못하겠습니다. 예약 환자들이 10분씩만 기다렸어도 2시간을 땅에 버릴 일은 없었을 것 같은데, 예약한 환자분들은 죄가 없고 예약했는데 굳이 그럴 패널티를 안고 가실 이유도 없으니 이건 어디까지나 희망사항입니다. 겨우 화 억누르고 리뷰 씁니다. 아파서 병원 갔다가 병만 더 얻고 왔네요.
