j	joon young park on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 코르나로 배달음식이 지겨워 집앞 새로 오픈한 오소 갈비에 갔어요 원래 서계동 서부역주변에 한국관이라고 유명한 한우 식당이있었고요 작년에 영업을 마친 고구려갈비가 있었죠 갈비를 먹으려면 충정로쪽으로 가야 되는데 이 곳에 생겨서 나무 좋아요 오소갈비는 음식업을 하고 싶은 동네 주민이 오픈한 가게이에요..사장님 왈 둘러보고 가게 선택하고 인테리어랑 얄심히 준비한 끝에 오픈하려던 날 코르나사태가 발생했다고 하네요 좀처럼 손님받기 힘들어서 배달로 하긴했지만 고기는 구워야 제격인지라.. 여기는 소고기갈비집으로 구이가 맛있어요. 한우만큼은 아니지만 맛있어서 좋아요 특히 천천히 씹다보면 소스맛과 고기가 잘 어울려져서 맛있었어요. 이틀전에 방문했는데 아직도 그맛이 상상되고 느껴져요 고기는 미국산 고기로 다소 조심스럽지만 맛있어요 돼지고기 아니구요 소고기라서 돼지고기보다 부드럽네요 조금 아쉬운점ㄴ 연육이 쬐끔 더하면 좋을 듯 싶네요 그렇다고 질기다는 건 아니니.. 여기에 밑반찬 중에 마늘 쫑은 정말 맛있어요 이게 얇은 파 나무껍질로 생각했는데 마늘쫑이라는 말에 놀랬구요 겨자 해초로 된 것도 맛있어요 육회는 비린 거 없어서 좋네요 I was bored with the food delivered to Corna, so I went to the newly opened Oso Galbi in front of my house.
