개인레슨12회권 사서 5회 쓰는 동안 이 교통 막히는 곳에서 2번 헛걸음했습니다. 그에 대한 대응도 엉망입니다. 도곡점에서는 헛걸음하고 주차비까지 내고 나왔습니다. 길거리에서 버린시간만 2시간이 넘네요. 미국에서 3주 나와있는 기간동안 시도해보는거였는데 시간이 정말 너무 아깝습니다.
레슨 품질 자체는 괜찮습니다. 애는 재미있어합니다. 그래서 별이 두갭니다. 그런데 60분 꽉 채워서 한적이 없습니다. 미사용분 환불 요청 했는데 해줄지 궁금하네요.
Update- 전화를 두번 걸어야하긴 했지만 환불 깔끔하게 처리해주셨습니다.
The reservation system is messed up.
I bought a ticket for 12 individual lessons, and while I was using it 5 times, I stumbled twice in this traffic jam. The response to it is also messed up. At Dogok, I walked in vain and even paid the parking fee. It's been more than 2 hours just wasted on the street. I tried to try it while I was in the US for 3 weeks, but the time is really wasted.
The lesson quality itself is ok. Kids have fun. So there are two stars. However, I have never done it with a full 60 minutes. I asked for a refund for unused parts, and I wonder if they will do it.
Update- I had to call twice, but they handled the refund neatly.
