★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 인터파크는 이용하지 마세요. 인터파크에 대한 고객 문의시 고객편이 아니라 입점 상점편을 들어요. 예전에 지마켓에서 클레임을 걸었을 때는 저의 입장에 서서 입점 상점에 강한 클레임을 걸어주었는데, 이번에 비슷한 건으로 인터파크에 전화했더니 자기네 회사는 입점사의 고객 리뷰, 문의에 대한 감독 권한이 없다고 하네요. 그럼 입점사가 고객리뷰를 허위로 달아도 아무 권한이 없다는 건가요? 재수없이 가격에 속아 인터파크에서 샀더니 이런 봉변을 당할 줄 누가 알았겠어요? 인터파크에서 물건 산게 정말 기분 나쁜 경험이었습니다. 다른분들도 물건 사실 때 여기 말고 다른데서 사세요! 대체할 곳에 엄청 많은데 인터파크 실수하는 겁니다!!!
Do not use Interpark. When inquiring a customer about Interpark, we do not listen to the customer, but to the store. In the past, when I made a claim at Gmarket, I stood in my position and made a strong claim to the store, but when I called Interpark with a similar case this time, they said that their company did not have the authority to oversee customer reviews and inquiries of the store. So, is it that the store owner has no authority even if they put false customer reviews? Who knew you would be deceived by the price and bought it at Interpark without luck? Buying something at Interpark was a really bad experience. When other people buy things, buy them somewhere other than here! There are so many places to replace, but Interpark is making a mistake!!!
