I ate Riberico Samgyeopsal in the evening, and it's not so good.

The meat tastes good but the staff service is poor. Side dishes are delicious and good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 서울서 보기 힘든 송어회와 고기를 함께 즐길수 있는 장소~ 송어보단 이베리코가 맛있는 것 같다. 송어 먹으러는 재방문 의사 없음.
A place where you can enjoy trout sashimi and meat that are hard to see in Seoul~ Iberico seems more delicious than trout. There is no intention of returning to eat trout.

A restaurant headed by a master chef who is a hermit! Each side dish is of high quality. I was able to read the owner's heart from the way he was genuinely happy to hear that the food was delicious.
Highly recommended.

숭어부침(콩가루 압권) 강추이고요..
숙성한우 특히 등심은 서초동에서 제일 맛있는것 같아요...
I can feel the pride of the boss's food, especially the fact that he made the store table himself...ㅇㅇ
Mullet pan-chim (the best part of soybean flour) is the best choice..
I think aged Korean beef, especially sirloin, is the most delicious in Seocho-dong...
