★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 참 조용하고 쾌적한 아파트입니다. 주차 공간이 매우 넓어서 주차 스트래스 없습니다. 세대수가 115세대 뿐이고 큰 평형의 아파트로만 구성되어 있다는 점 그리고 교통이 다소 애매한 것은 약점입니다. 그래도 한번 가보면 정이 가는 그런 곳입니다. 세대수가 적어서 프라이버시 면에서 더 좋을 수 있고 코비드 정국에 많은 사람들이 오가는 경우가 드물어 훨씬 안전하다는 느낌도 듭니다. 바로 뒤에 서일초가 있어 애들 학교 보내기도 좋고, 자가로 입주해 사시는 분들이 많으셔서 아파트 관리도 매우 잘 되어 있습니다. 원래 현대그룹 임원들용의 빌라를 재건축하며 신경을 많이 써서 지어진 아파트라 여타 다른 아파트에 비해서 층고도 더 높고 요즘 찾아보기 힘든 4베이 베란다라 베란다 확장을 하면 안그래도 큰 평형 대의 아파트가 훨씬 커지게 됩니다. 층간 소음도 제가 사는 동안은 한번도 겪어 보지 못할 정도로 잘 지어진 아파트입니다. 아이 어렸을 때에 유모차 끌고 오전에 예술의 전당까지 산책하던 기억이 나네요. 참 조용하고 살기 좋은 동네에 있습니다.
 It is a very quiet and comfortable apartment. The parking space is very spacious, so no parking stress. Its weakness is that it has only 115 households and consists only of large-sized apartments, and that transportation is somewhat vague. Still, it's a place you'll fall in love with once you go. It can be better in terms of privacy as there are fewer households, and it feels much safer as there are rarely many people going to and from the Covid-19 government. Seoilcho is right behind it, so it's a good place to send your kids to school, and there are many people who live on their own, so the apartment management is very good. It was originally built with a lot of care in reconstructing a villa for Hyundai Group executives, so the floor height is higher than other apartments. It is a well-built apartment with a level of noise between floors that I have never experienced in my lifetime. When I was a child, I remember taking a stroller for a walk to the Seoul Arts Center in the morning. It's in a very quiet and nice neighborhood.
