★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you have a problem with your device, just ask them to change it to a new one and pray to God nothings wrong with it. As a reminder you can renew your device only once for each individual purchase.
In the other hand, if you want your device to be fixed they don't have a clue what to do. Its clearly shown in their job recruitment that they only require a good service mind to work as an a/s employee. I think it would be better to find a friend with any kind of electronic major.
For my device I went to different three different centers and guess what? Every center has different opinion. What does tell me? Fixing a device is like asking 'how's your mood today' this proves they don't have a guideline for their service or they don't give a damn about it. In the end I just bought a new one cause pathetically, I'm addicted to this product.
