★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There's a gym and a swimming pool inside. The pool is 25m long with 8 lines. They give you towels, shorts and t-shirts so it's really convenient.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is my go-to place to practise and learn swimming. The staff is excellent and some of them can speak in english. One swimming instructor was also able to teach in english. Love this place.
Also if you are a Samsung employee you get an additional 30% discount on services.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was the closest swimming pool I could find near where I was staying in Seoul, so given the good avg ratings and review comments on Google, I decided to give the place a go despite it not being a 50-metre pool.
Notwithstanding my korean background, the way the place was set up was rather foreign to me - it combines the idea of public bath with swimming pool, so after you enter the men's locker room, you will have to go through public bath area to access the pool. So most guys will completely undress before entering the shower/bath area, shower/bathe, and then put on their bathers before entering the pool. Because lockers are located in a completely dry zone, you have to make sure to thoroughly dry yourself on your way back to your locker. Not being allowed to walk around in wet feet felt strange to me. I had no issues with this though.
My rating is purely based on the pool itself and how the lanes are managed. First, this joint is, or appears to be, mainly for members. Their timetable is scheduled to prioritise members' use and so non members only have access at off-peak periods. I think this applies generally to most pools in Seoul. My problem with this is, if management wants business from non member users as well, then they should make it fair so that the price paid (₩15,000) is justified. I am returning to Australia after living a few years in London and even by London standards, paying £10 for a 50 min swim is unheard of. All but just two lanes in the 25m pool (there's another, shorter pool) are used for lessons, and most swimmers in those two lanes are novice swimmers. Naturally the two lanes get congested and what is worse, these lanes are narrow so overtaking is not an option. So my session pretty much ended when lessons started around 6am, although I was entitled to stay until 6.50am.
If you are after doing proper laps, this place is to avoid.
Additional note - the water is not your typical chlorined pool water, but feels like some saline solution, heated to 28-30°C, too warm for laps.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's quite expensive, but the facilities and equipment are completely worth it. I enrolled in swimming lessons, and the water was clean and at perfect temperature, the instructor very helpful, and the locker rooms and bathrooms had everything you could want. All in all, recommended!
