1인분 3만원대로
싸지는 않지만 가격대비 질은 좋다.
개인적으로 차돌바기가 두툼해서 맛있었다.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 강남 서초에서 소고기 특수부위에 한정한다면 가격적인 면까지 고려했을때 엄청 경쟁력있는 전통 강자입니다. 육향이 강한 토시살, 안창살 매니아인데 가격 때문에 고민이라면 추천하고 싶습니다. 강남의 유명 고깃집에서 안창 토시살 180g기준 10만원에 육박하는 모습을 많이 볼 수 있는데 구워주는 서비스가 필요없고, 공간에 대한 매력에 개의치 않는다면 좋은 선택일 것입니다.

집 주변인 서초 강남에서 돈 신경 안쓰고 제가 소고기중 가장 좋아하는 부위인 안창과 토시를 그나마도 먹고싶은 만큼 먹을수 있는 곳이기에 참 좋아하는 식당입니다.
소고기 특수부위를 즐기실때는 향>농후한 지방 맛으로 가시는게 맛을 느끼는데 좋습니다. 예를들어 가장 맛이 섬세한 제비추리>치마>안창>토시(경북에선 주먹시, 경남에선 안거미살이라고 불리는 부위입니다)>갈비>살치 순서로 드시면 더 맛있게 드실 수 있습니다.
In Seocho, Gangnam, if you are limited to special beef cuts, considering the price, it is a very competitive traditional powerhouse. If you are a fan of meat-flavored tosi meat and insoles, but are worried about the price, I would recommend it. In famous meat restaurants in Gangnam, you can see a lot of meat that costs 100,000 won based on 180g of insoles, but it would be a good choice if you don't need a grilling service and don't mind the charm of the space.
(Please note that the internal construction will be carried out for about a month in August 2021.)
In Seocho Gangnam, which is near my house, I don't care about money and it's a place where I can eat my favorite cuts of beef, Anchang and Toshi, as much as I want, so it's my favorite restaurant.
When you enjoy special beef cuts, it is better to go with the flavor > rich fat taste to feel the taste. For example, you can eat more deliciously if you eat it in the order of swallowtail, which has the most delicate taste,> skirt> anchang> toshi (a part called knuckles in Gyeongbuk, and angeomi meat in Gyeongnam)> ribs>salchi.
