★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 업무용 오피스텔이라 관리비가 비싸고 에어컨을 한여름에도 마음껏 못 튼다. (요즘 세상에도 이런 곳이...) 이 점 정말 비추
측간 방음이 부실해 옆집 소음이 잘 들리고 밤에는 주차장 여유공간이 거의 없다. 앞 작은 공원벤치와 1층 편의점에서 봄여름 노상 음주로 밤에 고성과 소음이 종종 있다. 조용한 동네같으나 정작 조용한 주거지는 아님.
내부 인테리어는 깔끔하고 좋은 편.
 Because it is a business officetel, it is expensive to manage, and the air conditioner cannot be turned on in midsummer. (There are places like this in the world nowadays...) This point really shines
The side-to-side soundproofing is poor, making it easy to hear the noise next door, and there is little free space in the parking lot at night. In the small park bench in front and the convenience store on the first floor, there are often high and noisy at night due to drinking on the street in spring and summer. It seems like a quiet neighborhood, but it is not a quiet residential area.
The interior interior is neat and nice.
