★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 입주가전 보러 디지털프라자 검단점 갔다가 굉장히 불친절하고 불쾌하게 상담하고 견적서도 뽑아놓고 주지도 않는 검단점을 기분상한 상태로 나와서 김포본점에 전화문의 후 방문.
새로 이전한만큼 넓은 주차장과 깨끗하고 쾌적했음.
2층으로 가서 굉장히 친절하고 정성껏 상담해주신 디테일러 여성주임님이 견적서와 비교견적서도 뽑아주시고, 판매에 급급한 검단점과 다르게 전문성있는 상담과 고객을 편안하고 진심으로 열심히 상담해주는게 느껴져서 좋았음.
I went to Geomdan Store at Digital Plaza to see home appliances, and came out upset about Geomdan Store, which was very unfriendly and unpleasant, and did not even give me an estimate, so I made a phone call to the Gimpo head office and visited.
It was clean and comfortable with a large parking lot as it was newly relocated.
It was nice to feel that the head of the detailer who went to the second floor and gave me very kind and sincere consultations, pulled out quotations and comparative estimates, and provided professional and sincere consultations with customers comfortably and sincerely, unlike Geomdanjeom, which is in a rush to sell.
