★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 장어를 주방에서 초벌해서 구워주는방식인데 장어는 싱싱한것같고 맛잇엇는데 무턱대고 초벌해온고기를불판에 엊어놓고 이리저리 뒤집다가 구워먹으라고 하고가는 직원들은별로~
직원들께 잘 가른쳐서 장어를 타지않고맛있게굽는기술과 맛있게먹는방법을 설명해주면 하는바램입니다~
