조	조인영 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 이 식당은 약간.. 음... 설렁탕집 같지않은 외관을 가지고 있습니다. 그냥 평범한 빌라건물 1층에 약간은 카페같아보이는 그런..? 도로에서 보이긴보이는데 약간 들어가줘야 하고요. 그래서 매일 지나다니는 길임에도 굳이 가보지는 않았던..? 그러다가 가려던 식당이 문을닫아 그냥 다른데 찾기도 그렇고하여 방문하게 되었죠. 저는 소머리곰탕, 친구는 설렁탕을 먹었습니다. 탕의 양은 다른 곳이랑 비슷합니다. 그렇지만 밥의 양은 다른곳보다 많아요. 김치랑도 먹고~ 탕에 말아서도 먹고요. 그리고 소면의 경우, 주문과 동시에 익히셔서 따로 주시는데요. 그래서 그런지 탕에 넣을 때 소면의 쫄깃함이 살아있습니다. 맛은 좋았고.. 다른식당과 좀 다르다고 느낀 거는 소머리곰탕 먹다가 설렁탕 먹으면 고기향이 강하고 설렁탕 먹다가 소머리곰탕 먹으면 곰탕향이 강하게 느껴집니다. 분명히 구분하여 끓이시는 것 같습니다. This restaurant has a slightly... um... not like a seolleongtang restaurant. It just looks like a cafe on the first floor of an ordinary villa building..? You can see it from the road, but you have to go in a bit. That's why I didn't even go there even though I passed by every day..? Then, the restaurant I was going to go to was closed, so I had to visit another place just to find it. I had the beef gomtang and my friend had the seolleongtang. The amount of soup is similar to other places. However, the quantity of rice is larger than other places. I eat it with kimchi~ I eat it rolled up in a soup. And in the case of somen noodles, they are cooked at the same time you order and served separately. That's why, when you put it in the soup, the chewiness of the somen is alive. The taste was good.. The thing that I felt was a little different from other restaurants is that when I eat beef soup and eat seolleongtang, the smell of meat is strong, and when I eat seolleongtang and then eat beef gomtang, the smell of gomtang is strong. It looks like you are cooking it separately.
