★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 칼국수는 고만고만. 대신 싸고 해물칼국수에 들어가는 게가 많다. 사실 여긴 칼국수보다 만두가 맛있다. 만두피가 밖에서 오래된것처럼 딱딱하지도않고 그렇다고 여러번 찐것처럼 흐믈흐믈하지도않은 딱 적당하게 부드러운 최적의 식감. 그리고 속안의 소도 고기잡내 하나없이 굉장히 깔끔 담백.
Kalguksu is still alive. Instead, it is cheap and goes into seafood kalguksu. In fact, the dumplings are better than kalguksu. The texture is just moderately soft, as the dumpling skin is not as hard as the old one, but as if it is steamed several times.
