★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Misplaced our package of shellfish.
It was Saturday. We got a message that said the package was delivered, but it was at hour place. We called the driver many times but no answer. We called the service center but they were closed.
We waited til Monday. We called again and there were some problems with their answering service. We finally got through to somebody but we were disappointed with the outcome.
We didn't have one of the 2 items we expected for our family dinner. The driver never apologized for the mistake. The company's customer service was subpar. Our overall experience with 한진 has not been good
