I went there because I had a friend, but it's easy to order food delivered and it's easy to access all over the city!!
Ps: Jinhak-ah, I need to fix the alcohol drink~^^

편의시설 및 관리 시스템은 잘 이루어지고 있습니다. 난방/온수가 모두 전기로 이루어져있어서 불편합니다.
주차장도 규모에 비하여 넉넉하지 않습니다.
This is an old officetel.
The convenience facilities and management system are working well. It is inconvenient because both heating and hot water are made of electricity.
Parking lot is not enough for the size.

It's an old building... it's clean. The elevator feels a little creaky.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 에어***로 다녀왔습니다. 오랜 연식의 건물이기는 하나, 내부가 깔끔하고 관리가 잘 되고있는 느낌을 받았습니다. 50%는 사무 호실 / 50%는 주거 호실 같은 느낌이었습니다
I went with Air***. Although it is an old building, I felt that the inside was clean and well maintained. 50% felt like an office room / 50% a residential room

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I stayed here for 3 months in 2015. A bit expensive though but ok overall. The walls are thin so if you're noisy the others will hear everything (and viceversa). It's one room but big enough with a mezzanine open bedroom.Since it's an officetel, the kitchen is fully equiped (electric range, fridge, washing machine). It maybe rented for shorter period of times (less than a year). But, when paying the utilities there is a extra tax for building management. As I said, it's not that cheap.
