돼지 갈비 구우실때 거의 다 익힌 다음에 자르세요.
그래야 덜타고 뒤집느라 힘도 덜들이고...ㅎㅎ
고기도 좋지만 이번엔 슬러쉬로 나오는 물김치(?)가 너무 맛있었어요.
이 물김치에 국수 말아 먹으면 좋을텐데...
사장님 친절해서 좋아요.
당연히 그래야 하지만 아닌곳도 많은 세상이라..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 돼지갈비가 그렇게 달지않아서 먹기 좋았습니다. 양파채에다 소스를 적셔 고기와 같니 먹으니 맛이 아주좋았답니다. 거기에 된장찌게도 맛이좋고 비빔냉면도 맛이있었습니다
모임가지기엔 좋은곳 입니다.
The pork ribs weren't so sweet so it was good to eat. The onions were soaked in sauce and like meat, so it tasted great. The miso soup tasted good and the bibimb cold noodle was also delicious
It is a good place to meet.

제 입맛에 좀 부족한 돼지갈비이지만
넓은 테이블과 1인분 약 12000~13000원으로 100그램당 3400원정도였나 대충 흝어본것이라 정확하진 않지만
1인분이 크게 나옵니다. 그만큼 가격도 조금 더 있구요
아마 1인분 350그램으로 나왔던걸로 기억합니다.
개인적으로 바로 근처나 차로 5분거리에 있는곳을 더 선호하는 편입니다.
밑반찬들도 잘나오고 합니다. 개인 취향에 따라 1개뺀것이지 나쁘다는 의미는 아닙니다.

냉동고기 녹인것마냥 육향육즙없고 풍미도 전혀없음.
삼겹이 질겅질겅 퍽퍽한부위가 아니거늘.
고긴못먹겠고 밥이나 먹고가자해서 김치찌게시킴. 뚝배기는 끓는데 내용물이 안녹아 딱딱.
불판에 끓여먹을라는데 불판에 뚝배기 자국난다고 구지그렇게까지? 라는 핀잔들음ㅜ
앞으로 삼겹은 집에서 먹기로..
