J	Jong Ho Jang on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 회덮밥이 맛 없긴 참 어려울 것이다. 여러 밑반찬 또한 중에 한두가지는 맛있기마련이지 다 별로이기는 어렵다. 이집은 그 모두를 해내고 있다. 회덮밥의 회는 뼈가 너무 많아 밥이 죽이될때까지 씹어야하고 매운탕은 시원하지도 매콤하지도 않다. 밑반찬은 너무 달거나 재료손질의 불성실이 보인다. 밥은 밥공기가 미안할정도로 적게 퍼놓았다. 회덮밥의 밥은 비비기 좋게 적당히 질어야 하지만 여긴 떡밥이다. 또 꽁치는 언제 구워놓은 것을 데워준것인지 질기기가 오징어다. The sashimi of hoe-don rice has so many bones that you have to chew it until the rice is killed, and the maeuntang is neither cool nor spicy. The side dishes are too sweet or the ingredients are insincere. The rice bowl was so small that I was sorry. The rice of the sashimi rice bowl should be properly seasoned to make it easier to rub, but this is the rice cake. Also, saury is squid that is chewy when it is cooked and heated.
