우선 일하시는 직원분들이 너무 적은것 같습니다.
테이블의 정리와 안내가 굉장히 느려요.
빈 테이블수가 대기중인 손님들보다 많은데도 한참씩 대기해야하고, 착석후에 테이블 셋팅이 되기까지도 시간이 많이 걸립니다.
추가주문이나 요청을위해 벨을 눌러도 잘 안오시고요.
두번째로는 위생이나 친절이..
주방에서 일하시는 듯한 남자분이 불판 셋팅을 해주셨는데 사진과 같이 굉장히 더럽습니다.
그분께 바로 교체 요청을 했으나 '바빠서 못닦아요' 한마디하고 가시더군요.
반찬셋팅을 위해 오신 홀 직원분께 다시 교체를 요청했고, 그분이 앞서 남자분께 교체를 해주시라 말씀을 드렸습니다.
그런데...이 남자분이 저희를 향해 눈을 흘기며 '에이! 어쩌고 저쩌고..' 하면서 휙 들고가시더군요ㅋㅋ정황상 분명 좋지못한 얘기였겠지요.
단순히 기구 안쪽만 더러웠다면 음식에 직접적인 영향을 주지 않으니까 그러려니 했을겁니다.
그런데 사진과 같이 고기에 직접 닿을 여지가 큰 바깥부분까지 저렇게 더러운걸 식당이 바쁘니까 손님이 그냥 이해를 하고 먹어야 하나요?
여기 돈받고 음식파는 식당 아닌가요? 무료 급식소에서도 이렇게는 안할겁니다.
홀 직원분이 대신 사과를 해주시긴 했는데 저런 기본이 안된 직원이 일을하고있는 식당에 다시는 찾아갈일은 없을것 같습니다.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 가게 운영에 관심 없는게 이곳저곳 보임. 개선점이 수십가지가 넘는데 정작 본인은 그 이유를 찾으려는 의지도 없어보임. 골똘히 잘 생각해보시길

역시는 역신가...무한리필집에서 고기질 따지기 뭐하지만서도...퍽퍽하고 맛이없음
저렴이 원육을 쓰는건 이해가지만...부위자체가 후지살인듯 너무 퍽퍽하고 누린내남...
그나마 카스생맥은 시원하니 괜찮은 편임

It's understandable that they use cheap raw meat... but the part itself looks like it's Fuji meat, so it's so squishy and stinky...

두 시간의 시간제한이 있다
고기는 짜거나 달지않아 좋았지만 무한리필인 만큼 고기의 질을 기대해선 안되고 숯불에 구우니 괜찮게 먹을만한 정도이다
야채는 무료리필바가 있어 파채,마늘,양파등이 무한제공되는데 여기공기밥과 탄산음료까지 있는것은 훌륭하단 생각이 들었다
불판도 셀프 교체하는 시스템이라 오히려 눈치안보고 교체하는데 맘에들었다
불이 쎄서 고기가 금방익고 타서 빨리빨리 굽기 바빴다
코로 들어가는지 입으로 들어가는지 엄청 바쁘다
시간제한이 있고 무한리필인데 불조절을 요청하며 여유있게 먹을 순 없어
당연하지만 쫓기듯이 식사하는 느낌에 불편하였다
된장찌개와 물냉면을 추가했는데 된장찌개는 좀 짰고
냉면이 아주 시원하고 기대이상 맛있었다 좀 달긴했으나 돼지갈비와 궁합이 좋았다
같이 간 사람이 별로 좋아하지 않아 또 갈 수 있을지는 모르겠다
일단 고기가 아주 좋지 못해 리필이라는 점외에....
갈비보다는 간장양념구이 같아 밥반찬 정도 생각하고 가서 실컷 잘 드신다면 추천하겠다
